The position

We don't sell a channel. Agencies sell channels. We operate the acquisition layer behind your pipeline.

One accountable operator across every motion that produces qualified conversations. When a channel underperforms, we reallocate. You never referee vendors again.

The Layer

Nine capabilities.
Three strata. One system.

Every capability feeds the same pipeline, reports into the same numbers, and answers to the same operator. That is the difference between a layer and a vendor list.

Stratum 01

Demand capture

Google Search

Own the moments your buyers are already looking. Intent-first structure, ruthless negative lists.

Meta Ads

Cold and warm audiences built from your actual closed-won profile, not lookalike guesswork.

AI SEO / GEO

Get cited where buying research now happens: AI answers, not just page one.

Captures buyers who are in motion right now.

Stratum 02

Outbound engine

Outbound email

Deliverability infrastructure, list precision and copy that reads peer to peer, not template to inbox.

Cold calling

Trained callers working the same accounts as email and LinkedIn, on the same cadence logic.

LinkedIn

Founder and exec-led outreach that builds familiarity before the ask.

Creates demand inside accounts that fit but aren't searching yet.

Stratum 03

Revenue infrastructure

Lead qualification

Every reply worked, scored and routed. Meetings that show up qualified, not just booked.

CRM / RevOps

Pipeline stages, attribution and handoffs built so the data tells you where revenue actually comes from.

Reporting cadence

Weekly operator-grade reporting. Spend, output, pipeline. No vanity metrics.

Makes sure captured demand becomes revenue, not CRM debris.

How it works

Operated in four moves

The visual on the left builds as you scroll. Each phase has a defined output before the next one starts.

Infrastructure, lists, copy, tracking and qualification logic. Built to your market, owned in your accounts.

  • Sending domains, warm-up and deliverability
  • List building and data enrichment
  • CRM stages, attribution and routing
03 / OPERATE

Run every motion

Daily execution across all nine capabilities with one team, one cadence and one weekly report.

  • Multi-variant sequences with live testing
  • Calling and LinkedIn on shared account cadence
  • Every reply worked and qualified
04 / COMPOUND

Reallocate to what works

Budget and effort move toward whatever is producing qualified pipeline. The system gets sharper every month.

  • Channel-level contribution review
  • Winning segments scaled, losers cut
  • New segments opened from proof, not hope

What it's like to work with us

From the people who signed off on the invoices, ran revenue next to us, and watched the system get built.

“We worked with DemandLayer to overhaul our outbound campaigns and utilize their e-mail infrastructure approach. The team was very professional and responsive, constantly offering suggestions and ideas for experiments as we tweaked our messaging with them. We would recommend DemandLayer to anybody looking to further explore how to improve outbound e-mail for both deliverability and effectiveness.”

Why DemandLayer

Not an agency.
An operating partner.

The agency model optimizes for retained hours. Ours optimizes for pipeline. Four commitments make that concrete.

One accountable operator

Every channel reports into the same team and the same number. No vendor finger-pointing, no attribution disputes.

Built to hand over

Delivery runs on our private-IP infrastructure. Domains, inboxes, ad accounts, custom data intelligence layers and your CRM stack stay in your name, and on day 90 we hand the full system over to you.

Versatile capabilities, cross-tested

Nine capabilities under one operator means channels, offers and messages get tested against each other until GTM fit is proven. Whatever wins the test gets the budget.

Qualified means qualified

We report pipeline your sales team accepts, not raw meetings booked. The definition is agreed in writing before launch.

Intelligence OS

Decisions, not dashboards

Every 30 days you get an operator-grade workflow report: what ran, what the market responded to, and exactly what we're scaling, holding, or pausing next. Sends and replies are inputs; the report is built around what compounds, which is qualified pipeline and scheduled calls.

Executive summary. Sends, replies, qualified responses, calls scheduled, and pipeline value at your ACV.
Campaign diagnostics. Every segment measured on cost-per-response, with a verdict, not just a number.
Insights and calls. What gets more volume, what gets paused, and why, before we act.
Month-over-month trend. Pipeline, calls and conversion tracked across the engagement, so compounding is visible.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

Everything most teams ask before a working session. If yours isn't here, bring it to the call.

How is DemandLayer different from a lead generation agency?
Most lead generation agencies run a fixed playbook and optimize for activity: emails sent, calls made and meetings booked. We diagnose for GTM fit first, across channel-market fit, offer-market fit and message-market fit. Then we build the acquisition system around what the market is actually responding to. We aren't attached to a single channel, and we don't measure success by volume alone. The goal is qualified pipeline and revenue contribution. If the offer, audience, message or channel is wrong, we identify it, fix it and reallocate around what is working.
Are you replacing our sales or marketing team?
No. Think of us as a fractional GTM execution layer that sits alongside your existing team. We handle the infrastructure, market intelligence, campaign execution, testing, sales enablement and pipeline creation that usually gets spread across multiple SDRs, marketers and outside vendors. In many engagements, that means replacing $30K+ per month of fragmented headcount and tooling with one human-in-the-loop operating system. Your sales team stays focused on discovery and closing while we continuously improve what reaches them, giving them more qualified conversations without requiring you to build a larger traditional outbound organization.
How quickly can we expect to see results?
First meetings typically land inside the first two to three weeks, once infrastructure and warm-up are complete. Qualified pipeline compounds from there. We agree a written 90-day target before anything launches, so "results" is a number, not a feeling.
What do you need from us to get started?
Three things: your closed-won customer list or best-customer profile, access to your CRM and ad accounts, and about 90 minutes with your founder or sales lead. We build everything else.
Do you work with companies of all sizes?
We're built for established B2B companies with real revenue and a proven offer. If you're pre-revenue or still finding product-market fit, we'll tell you honestly on the first call and point you at what to fix first.
Who owns the infrastructure you build?
Delivery runs on our private-IP sending infrastructure, which is how we protect performance and deliverability. Everything client-facing is yours: domains, inboxes, ad accounts, custom data intelligence layers and your CRM stack all live in your name. We build the system and hand it over to you on day 90.
How do you protect email deliverability?
Dedicated sending domains separate from your primary domain, gradual warm-up, hard volume caps per inbox, verified lists and continuous reply-rate monitoring. Deliverability is treated as infrastructure, not luck.
What if you haven't worked with our ICP before?
The system is market-agnostic because the research phase isn't optional. Diagnose maps your ICP from your own closed-won data before anything sends, and the case studies above span enterprise software, marketplaces, hospitality and regulated healthcare for exactly that reason.
